not mine but my son’s dinner plate from last night :

yakhni pulao, chicken/veggies stir-fry,yogurt and boiled beet-root! (beet-root is the actual attraction for him because he loves to see his tongue turn red after every bite and this kept him going with finishing rest of the meal :D)

**this doesn’t really have a name..it’s beef boti, made dum style with dahi, tamatar, pyaaz, and lots of fresh ground black pepper **

We had Channa Chicken with Naan this week…
