The design is pretty cool, I liked it. Samsung lost it there but Battery?? UI?? Samsung is definitely far ahead.
But HTC one was one of the best in 2013 in terms of design.

If I just needed a camera I might have done that. I need a lot more than just camera. Note 3 gives me that.
