This opinion was published by HRW emergencies director. He does not give good grades to Israel in this recent conflict. These are his views and I donot necessarily agree with him 100%. I do believe that Israel his heavy handed in border conflicts and kills indiscrimately. On the same token it is hard to distinguish innocent from guerillas…tis the nature of guerilla warfare…blend in with locals.
Anyway since majority of posters in world affairs are pro-Israel (pardon the sarcasm), I figured give you guys an olive branch.
