Even in the [FCC's](http://www.engadget.com/tag/FCC/) secret Washington bunker, our boys in lab-coats like to spread a little festive cheer. When this new [HP Envy 14](http://www.engadget.com/2011/09/15/hp-envy-14-review-2011/) Spectre was released into the streets, we found it wrapped in tinsel. We'll expect to learn more about this dual-band Wireless-N packing laptop in [January](http://www.engadget.com/2011/11/29/engadget-the-official-online-news-source-of-ces-2012-and-the-ce/), where we figure it'll be the last model to carry Intel's Sandy Bridge, since successor [Ivy Bridge](http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/07/intel-springs-another-leak-mobile-ivy-bridge-cpus-abound/) isn't due to arrive at OEMs for another couple of months. We're not sure about naming your laptop after a [James Bond](http://www.engadget.com/tag/JamesBond/) villain organization, but it wouldn't be the first [questionable](http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/09/hp-webos-to-live-on-through-open-source-hardware-lineup-still/) [decision](http://www.engadget.com/2011/12/14/moving-brands-reveals-proposed-hp-brand-redesign-hp-remains-non/) to come from the [House of Meg](http://www.engadget.com/2011/09/22/hp-names-meg-whitman-new-ceo-gives-leo-apotheker-the-boot/) this year, would it?
