NYX and Sephora brand makeup - specially and specifically their eye shadows? How are they in comparison to MAC eye shadows?

We’re planning to visit Pakistan this year and I was planning to get some makeup pallets for my girl cousins. I was thinking about MAC but getting everyone MAC cosmetics would be lethal for my wallet. So suggest me something that is cheap on prices but not on quality.

NYX is great! i have these eye shadows by them called "ultra pearl mania". they're really pearly and shiney..they come in powder form in little bottles

I recently got my sister the Sephora's color play palette. She's 15 and starting to play with makeup, eitherways, I tried it when I was with her last time, the pigment quality is pretty good. I was reading up on reviews on Sephora's other palettes and it seems like they were disappointing. I've tried this one myself, I was pretty happy (and so was she). Plus it cost only $30 cdn with an array of colors for eyes n cheeks.
