I think the question you need to be asking is why does it matter to you that your husband isn’t into displaying affection publicly. By your own admission, you say you know he loves you ( and clearly there must be some affection going on behind closed doors as you’ve had two children in as many years :p) so why does it matter whether others see it or not?
