Core strength exercises are not really for toning, however, they do give better structure and posture ... A person looks better shaped. The body fat exercises need to be done with combination of endurance based exercises and cardio ... Cardio alone will take too long. There is no problem in doing this alongside the Pilates ... If you have time.
