In roman urdu its
"purane aur tabdeel karda naye naam ka mera koi doosra behen/bhai nahi hai"
meaning "I dont have any brothers or sisters with the old and new changed name"....in more detail "none of my sisters and brothers have the new name (which i am going to use now) nor any of them have my old name.

thankyou :) actually pehli daffa idhar mujhe bhi koi itna clear nazar nahi araha tha (the next looked broken as in her lafz ke hijjay nazar arahe thay) tou maine isay copy ker ke apnay browser ki window main paste kiya tou it was much clearer.
to be very honest mujhe english main properly batana nahi araha tha thats why i ended up explaining it...yes yours is more precise thus better. :)
