I need all your help. I am attaching this dress that i wanted to get made in pakistan but i am not sure how to explain it to my sister in law. Can you tell me what clothing material this is.. what kind of kamm and most important what colors?

coolgirl, that's a bunto kazmi and without seeing it in person i wouldn't want to guess the fabrics or the kaam.
as far as i know she uses fancy fabrics. it's also a lot of kaam and could look really bad in the wrong hands. i'm really hesitant to give any guesses.
You are right I am a little hesitant to get it made without knowing how it is going to turn out. The picture isn't clear enough for her to understand what kind of kaam it is.. I couldn't figure out what Kapra it is to even tell her but the tailor is really good since he has made a lot of my other clothes so I was hoping to be able to explain to her so she could explain to him what I am looking for.
Unfortunately I don't have more pictures, i found this picture after searching for a long time in this forum :)

i would really love to guess but that's all it would be!
the sleeves are probably some kind of delicate and soft net, or maybe just chiffon but i would think the former is more likely.
the shirt could be silk or banarsi, or even silk with a layer of net on top.
the kaam looks heavy with sequins and metal work but not dabka. crystals too? it's really hard to make it out. there is this other outfit by BK with tiny metal discs embedded in the fabric.. kind of like mukesh, that could be in this also. it's really hard to see how much of this work is thread-work too as it all seems so shiny.
