By way of background, I was introduced to a guy via email. I generally let the folks/friends or whoever is doing the matchmaking exchange pics - this was a slightly different situation in which pics were not exchanged in advance.
Anyhow, long story short, I got vibes it wasn’t going to work out so I didn’t want to send him my pics. During the conversation he asked me to describe my physical appearance - he flat out asked, are you thin or heavy, fair or dark, short or tall - and I was really confused about how to describe myself. I have a strong sense of self worth and am comfortable that others perceive me positively, but ultimately the way an individual sees themselves is not necessarily the same as how others see you and again beauty or attraction is relative as it is in the eye of the beholder.
So assuming you’re in a similar situation - how would you describe your physical appearance - what physical characteristics would you comment on?
