Would you strive to regain your financial status or be content with the decreased income?

I lost all my money, jewelry and savings of many in 2 consecutive thefts last year..it only made me stronger and better and closer to reality of life.

Did it affect your standard of living? I was refering to sort of a permanent decline in your financial status. I think i couldn’t get my point across.

Not much. There is a temporary setback but then,I wasnt ripped off my skill of earning or my job..paisay phir aa jatay hain, uska kya hai..and believe me, you get divine help in getting back on track if you show lots of sabr and consider the loss as a will of Allah to test you.

But NO, my life didn’t become “unhappy”. Humans are programmed to live in all sorts of situations eventually.
