Please enlighten me as to why and how we had a humour removed as a nation, all sans 3 programmes, loose talk, uper gori ka makaan and annother starring 3 friends who were very funny, are unfunny. Why is this, can I shoot them?

I have a problem with the show you can't remember the name of. If you can't even remember the name it's surely something one could have an issue with. Loose talk is great at times, at others its rubbish ofcourse. Oopar gori ka makaan, I haven't seen enough of it to pass a judgement besides i'm such a non-judgemental sort of a person to begin with. That guys sister is saadia imams sister in real life by the way and I could so spill the beans about both them sisters...all in a very non-judgemental sort of way ofcourse!
hiccupa, I can't vouch for 'ooper gori karay buray kaam' and the other that you don't recall but I stand fully behind Anwer Maqsood's comedy. He is a GENIUS. Most Pakistanis don't get his humor, tau tum kis khait ki mooli ho. You have to be aware of the political and economic situation of Pakistan to do any justice to his sattire.
I think his piece with Moin on 14th August show on ARY Digital was a masterpiece. "Hum jau kehtay hain wo kertay hain..aur jau woh kehtay hain, woh bhi kertay hain". That was funny.
Cocktail was the only funny show that I enjoyed watching and now it is no longer there :(
Geo also took away Ulta Seedha from their listings for the US - dam them!

upar groi ka makaan main i love the fat aunt, I feel a particular affiliation with her, loose talk can be funny, thank god I though mybe Id had a humour bypass etc its good to see desi humour on ARY is infact nonexistant :k: 
Loose Talk is a superb comedy program. You really gotta know Urdu well as well as the current affairs of Pakistan in order to get Anwar Maqsood's sense of humour.
Oopar Gori Ka Makan was supposed to get all serious. Overall, it's a good drama barring Mehmood Aslam's role. He's a real pervert in that drama.
Cocktail, Aik Larka Aik Larki, Take Away, 3 na 13, Aik aur Aik Do, Life Mai Hai Kuch Twist, and the like are all crap. Quite cheap I must say.
^ I thought Cocktail was hilarious!! I learned all this desi guy lingo that I did not know about haha! Aik ladka aik ladki was kinda funny at times.
