In support of a occupation and non - molestation order in the uk. Would it be from lawyers point or from applicant point.

Its for an assignment so.need some help.and can’t seem to find online

I think it totally depends , since its for an assignment. Usually its either the lawyers doing it for a client or the client filling up an application. I am not sure but I think clients dont do the statement. The lawyer does that. But you may want to get this double checked.

If you want to prepare it from the lawyers perspective. Then you can get your hands on an application form and use that to write up the information in a paragraphed manner. That would give you enough material to write on in a statement.
