well i carry a water bottle with me ... always make sure to have couple in my car too .....
plastic cups do the job as well

If I need to sit down to take care of business.
I take a big heap of toilet paper and make it wet.
Then I go in there and wipe clean the seat out thoroughly. Then put two three toilet seat covers at various angels to make sure every millimeter of that seat is covered .
Once I have taken care of all this then I am ready to sit on that toilet seat. I use half of that heap of wet toilet paper to clean myself.
If I need to use one in a restaurant it is easy , I would ask for one of the disposable cups and use it to wash off.

I always carry a sanitizing spray and flushable baby wipes in my purse.

That is a good , idea , they do not have purses , but they do have cars to keep those in them.
