How can we take omega 3 oil? If we have to take one table spoon of it,should we mix it with something else or drink it straight from the spoon? Can we mix it in tea or milk?

deep fry gulgulay and pakoray in it.
mix it, drink it straight, use a omega 3 oil pill, or just increase intake of food rich in omega 3 :)

don't use oil. it has such a baaaddd after taste. u will feel it entire day.go for capsules.

u know Sahar these days they hav even flavoured fish capsules. they r for kids though but adults can use them too.

^ Yeah. I saw those. I'm taking the Prenatal ones. One set I was taking didn't leave an aftertaste, but these ones sometimes do.
