i have this Fat and Fugly girl helping me for few days, but she thinks she is J-Lo,

what is a polite way of telling her (well i wanna be mean to her) that she is not all that.

and why do all the girls think that way,

dude she is on it all the time, its always in her hand. or when she walks by the reception area, she spends at least 5 minutes there looking at herself in the mirror.
