If you have shirts with removable collar stays, get some good collar stays for teh shirts.
toss theh flimsy plastic ones that most ready made shirts come with and buy some brass ones, although if you travel much the metallic collar stays can be a pain to deal with in which case you can get mother of pearl if you want to spend a lot, or some better quality, thicker more rigid plastic collar stays.
they will help keep the shirts collar shape.

Oh i wasnt aware you can buy the stays? Where can you usually get them? Are they easily availible at clothing stores or does walmart etc carry them too?

I have also seen a product that was developed by this dude that helps in the collars staying put meaning shapewise, and where is it supposed to stay placement wise, it is kind of a magnetic small button that works with the collar stay that is sold at men's speciality stores and I would say bigger departmental stores too.let me see if I can find more info on that.Neat little invention I must say.

any department store should have them. not sure about walmart but i dont see why not.
