How to surprise ur partner

Now, that’s just disgusting

Re: How to surprise ur partner

You need to be the one who identifies what he likes. You want the reaction that will make him think 'wow she knows me so well, i love her' not 'oh this is nice.... you shouldn't have'.

Go to a spa weekend for two if hes not the shy type

Take him on an experience day. You can buy alot of these and as guys like hands on stuff its fun for them. Plus who wouldnt want to drive a formula car! Formula 1 racing, hot air balloon, sports car days etc.

I'd be careful with the notes thing. Its quite common, slightly desperate and he may find it a bit too freaky if you leave too many or in odd places.

^ She wants to surprise him :aisha:

Re: How to surprise ur partner

It can still be a surprise. Tell him your taking him to your parents for the day lol I can only imagine how exciting it can be for a guy to visit his in laws but instead take him to an experience day or something.

If hes a car lover how shocked would he be when he ends up at a race course driving a mercedes mclaren slr rather than dying of boredom at his in laws... or you could always do what Gina says haha

^ I doubt any of those driving experience days allow a person to drive an SLR, I know some packages have Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Aston Martins and Mercedes AMG's but I haven't seen a package with an SLR yet. If you have let me know which one because I might go for it myself :D

Re: How to surprise ur partner

Yup we do in UK

In those Lamborghini and Ferrari packages, you sit next to a vetern driver, strapped in your seat. He does the driving and you get the adrenaline rush. The engine roar, smell of burning rubber and gasoline, and the flooring and cornering of the guy sitting next to you is a memorable experience - but they wouldn't let a common driver get in the driving seat. They have track training vehicles for that purpose, and god forbid if you damage one of those, they own your arse.

Re: How to surprise ur partner

^rofl

Yeah, that's what I thought tbh but distinctiveflair implied that one was actually able to drive the car. I didn't think insurance companies would allow any Joe Schmoe with a driving license have free rein with some of those cars. I wouldn't know though I don't have any experience with these packages.

Is it really a memorable experience if you're strapped in the passenger seat not actually doing anything? Gosh, I'd be itching to get into the driving seat!

Lol yeah thats what it is like Syraa. The best you can do on self drive is Impreza, S5 and perhaps a Lumina SS.

Oh and it definitely is a memorable experience. But one minute down the track I was cursing myself and the driver. If I die in a car crash, I would much rather it be my own fault :vivo:

Re: How to surprise ur partner

My hubby thought he'd surprise me...he bought me a henna plant, cos i like to do mehndi.. i had to break it to him that i can't make mehndi cones out of the plant. He thought i could.

Re: How to surprise ur partner

JAANWAR?????????????? are u in ur senses. if u cant come up with any better idea then please stay quiet

Haha aww bless, that was sweet though....

If you cant appreciate someones idea, then please stay quiet. I am emotionally shattered by your rude reaction.

Pfft! An Impreza? I’d rather drive an Evo…I generally don’t like Rally cars though, they’re ugly.
So, what car did you sit in? and how fast did you go :faizy: I’m a total speed junkie…it’s a shame I have nothing to feed my addiction with :hinna:

Re: How to surprise ur partner

Everyone has a different taste, likes, dislikes, anger points and happy points.

If someone has to ask others "how to make spouse happy (or surprised as you have put it)", I believe they need to put in some serious time to understand their spouse :)
