@Abdullah k

okie, it’s easy.

a - get flash mx 2004 professional
b - use flash mx 2004 professional to convert any video format into flv
c - download and configure a flash communication server
d - place the converted flv in the appropriate directory on flash com.
e - search for an flv player (there are many free ones out there)
f - create a flash client with flv player, and connect with flash communication server
(very easy to do, only few lines of codes)
g - test movie - tada it’s done

live broadcast is similar

a - web camera → flash communication server streaming → connected multiple clients

good luck
