I think you would have to buy a plant of it

LOL , just spread some whole coriander on the ground or pot and cover them with a paper towel or tissue paper and water it , keep that paper towel or tissue paper moist till your seeds sprout and viola , you have home grown hara dhanya.

I think you need super hot climate to grow hare dhaniya.
