I always wash, cut & freeze them in a bag.

i wash them n keep them in cling file they remain fne till 1 week

Wash them and separate the leaves . Spread the leaves on tissue paper and let them dry completely . Now put them in any plastic container nicely wrapped in tissue paper and place it fridge . It can stay fresh for more than 1-2 weeks.

what if we fill the container with water and put the coariander in with roots. will they grow? :hmmm:

LOL , just spread some whole coriander on the ground or pot and cover them with a paper towel or tissue paper and water it , keep that paper towel or tissue paper moist till your seeds sprout and viola , you have home grown hara dhanya.

Cilantro is a annual cool-season herb, tender to frost and light freezes; in some warmer climates, cilantro is self-seeding, if the soil is not disturbed greatly. It is hardy and fairly easy to grow, reaching a height of about 2 feet. Coriander grows almost anywhere that has a growing season of at least 100 days.

Keep them in a paper bag. easy, tried and tested :k: Mine remain fresh and green for as long as a month.

keep it dry and in a paper bag or better yet use the waxy bag that lines cereal boxes.....

Really can't keep them fresh for a month. =/ A week or two is the max.
