Suicide attacks happened before Northern Wazirstan operation. Attack on imam bargah Ali Raza (Karachi) Attack on Haideri Masjid (Karachi) Attack on a Masjid (Muhallah e Shia Mochi gate Lahore) Attack on a Masjid in Sialkot all above incidents were happened b4 Northern Waziristan operation.

I don't think sectarian violence is related to these sucide bombings...
