How to stop marketing SMS from Jazz carrier (or other carriers in Pakistan)

I recently got an esim from Jazz during my recent visit to Pakistan. I am realizing how many marketing SMS they send you even though i am back in US. I have tried to stop/block the SMS but continue to receive them.

Is there a way to have them stop sending you marketing SMS? Is there any other carrier in Pakistan which would offer to do that?

I dont know how to, but i heard its pretty nuisance.

I'll check around and if anything i'll let you know

I have never used eSIM. For regular SIM though, I don't think there is anyway to stop those messages other than to deactivate the SIM. I have 2 SIMs but in a separate phone and can totally understand how overwhelming those messages can be if on the main phone.

I tried blocking the SMS as well but interestingly they do not show a number. I finally turned of the JAZZ SIM and will turn it on again when i travel again to Pak.
