One mulla type co-worker of mine who would always keep his gaze lowered ,said that one of the woman co-worker complained to others that this mulla guy was not having an eye contact with her and was avoiding looking at her.

ummm... i think it takes time...surely to stop looking at women... but the man should try and remember his commitment to his wife. He wouldnt like it if she did the same so why should the man still get away with it?
