Not sure on this one...

But you might need a board of directors or trustees (?), and I think you need to register it. That's standard for most countries...

I'm sorry if that's stuff you already know. Maybe go to some local charities and speak to their people and ask what they did to create their charities?

why do you need to start a charity,
A-Tax reasons (you wanna save/hide money)
B-Helping Other
C-Organization or comapny
D-what are the Admin costs
