its not difficult..
you can send it thru msn , yahoo , aim , icq and the list goes on..There other ways but I'm stating the easiest way...
for instance in MSN(if you have it )
go to file and then you gonna see the option for "send file or photo"..and the rest is easy..
but you have to make sure the other party also has msn
