are u sure its east not west??..coz i found wickedwitchofthewest. gs used to have a section called members but its not there anymore. and if it is east than i guess her account has been deleted because using search “exact names only” nothing comes up instead it says invalid user specified.

go to advance search, search single content type, and start typing the name of the User. As you go forward in, a drop down will star showing you the people whose name start with those letters.
