How to save music

How can I open and save an m3u file? this is basically an mp3 file which can be streamed over the internet.
I can listen to streaming m3u files but how can I save them in good quality?
m3u files are basically in cd quality ans I would like to miantain that.

pixxi long time yaar!

maybe using winamp.. if you open that file in winamp.. and then go to winamp option then preferences..
then from there under the plugins options you have output, there you choose "Nullsoft Disk Writer plugin" (configure that plugin as desired)

then play the m3u file ;-)
