I have a question. If I introduce a “guys family” to the “girls family” as a matchmaker- what if the guys side doesn’t want to meet the girls side again (but the girls side in interested.) How should the guy’s side handle this and how should I explain it to the girls side?

Let me be the first one to not to talk out of experience . Just tell them ''Aunty jee, munda nahi maan raha '' . Simple .
Sounds really awful but don’t they just usually say ‘we’ll think about it’ or ‘we’ll be in touch’ and then the girl’s family never hear from them again.. don’t know why ppl make such a big deal of not being able to say a polite ‘no’ 
Amongst the ppl we know photos and the cv are shown first and it’s all v.planned so it’s not all that common for someone to be rejected after a meeting cos that initial ‘shock’ isn’t there and it’s usually already been established that the girl or boy is the other person’s type..

Telling the truth is always best in situations like these. Honesty is always respected by all.
Tell them that the guy's side is not really interested for unknown reasons. :)

Agree with Deeba. They may either say "we'll keep in touch/think about it"....and then not maintain any contact.....to show that they're not that interested. Sometimes a reason may be given such as "We prefer someone of this age group/profession/or who has this quality."
If you fear that going to exact details about the rejection will hurt the girl and that silence (as a hint) would be too rude...............you can simply say that the guy and his family just didn't feel that strong of a compatible connection, but they wish you the best in finding a suitable partner.

Just saying no is not that simple...these are delicate issues and sometimes people carry grudges in their hearts for years to come.
Say something like larka aur larki ke mizaj bohot alag hein. Thats usually a very neutral thing to say.

Say that everyone has their own requirements and wishes for what their spouse should be like. The guy doesn't want to rush and would like to look at other girls. The girl should also continue to look at other guys.

And guys and girls, never try and be noble and say, "it's not you, it's me" as a gracious way to let the other person down - that way lies a lot of drama and trauma - cuz the other side will run with it and lay the blame squarely on you...
