If your picture is .bmp then it will be too heavy to be uploaded on gupshup server.
Convert it to .jpg to reduce the size and retain the picture quality.
If you want to reduce further then convert the .bmp to .gif that will tremendously decrease the size but the picture quality will have to be compromised for(if your picture uses the standard 256 colors then there will be no effect on the quality as well!).
But if your picture is already .jpg or .gif, then there is no other format that supports less size!
I hope that helped!

.) yar what u can do is use graphic programs and turn down quality levels (if jpeg) and colors (if gif).. if its animated, its a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry tedious process..
what u CAN try is to upload it onto like your homepage or sumfin, and try linking it like:
Thats what i just said that uploading a bmp is not a good idea. Scroll up and see!! I said “If your picture is .bmp then it will be too heavy to be uploaded on gupshup server.
Convert it to .jpg or .gif”
1)on the email box type any fake email
2)then select the image from ur comp
3)the image will be compressed in 3levels (light, medium and heavy). choose a suitable optimization nr.
4) leave the other Rotation and W&H options blank
5)the click on submit image and it will optimize and give the three results of light medium tay heavy. u will see a Compression Results Summary on the next page in KB ..so just chooz the suitable size…and do “save as” easy isnt it??
remember u can change the Optimization Level settings…just try different nrs to start with “< 20” and see the result…try to have the file size bigger than 50kb and smaller than 75kb OR in mathematical terms 75kb > x > 50kb where X is the picture file size
agar ye bhi mushkil laggay to this is the ultimate solution.

He thought that D.T had a .bmp file on his hard drive, so he gave a friendly advice to change it to .jpg or .gif format unaware of the fact that .bmp files can’t be uploaded on pak.org. What is so funny there? He never said in the first place it was a good idea to upload .bmp!
