Is there any Way to reduce the Glasses Pads marks on Nose?

I have been using glasses for like 3-4 years.

just recently started using Lenses.

Any way to reduce Marks caused by pads of glasses on nose?

Coconut oil really works.. massage it onto the area everynight.
