How to reduce belly fat

Actually my weight is 40 but the problem is my belly fat so i want to reduce it without losing my weight and also i have double chin just a little bit

Cardio is the best way to reduce belly fat I am trying to get rid of belly fat too. Unfortunately can't do cardio due to knee problems.

how tall are you? check your hormone levels just to rule out anything else that could be behind it.

Do Aerobic exercise. Cut down on sugar and crabs.

Any excerise that increases your heart rate is good for reducing fat in your body. But...

1 - control your diet, no sugar, cola/carbonated drinks, no juices available in the market, no oily things (no KFC etc), no processed sweet items. Do a healthy breakfast, and lunch while have minimum dinner.

2 - It will take sometime before you lose the belly fat. This is the drawback of lazy lifestyle that belly fat is the last one to disappear. So don't think that any magic pill/drink/tea or a particular exercise will target the fat. You will lose fat gradually if you routinely workout and have proper diet.

Do cardio. If not, use a skipping/jump rope that usually works plus it's more fun than simply running on a treadmill.

What ekummang told, plus check your cholesterol level. Reduce tension in your life. A happy and tension free life can help achieve your goal.

you need to eat at 40kg, stop worrying about weight loss.
And at 40kg you have belly fat which look awkward to you, I am guessing you don't have
muscles enough to sustain a normal healthy activities.

So eat some protein do some work out etc...be healthy first!!

40kg!!!! u need to gain... mine is 44 kg n im very slim
