contact azkar and ask him to do it for u i mean send him the pic u want to put on and he wil do the rest u can't do it by yourself

oh do u want to remove your avatar completely?

you can go under "quick links" and click "user control panel" then click edit avatar and then "do not use an avatar"

I want to put a pic of me - but minimize it totally

I was able to do that in the profile picture - but profile picture is not avatar pic...

I want to replace the Avatar with my pic...

For a custom avatar, you will have to wait until you've had 1000 posts. At that time you can contact Aliyish, and he will upload it for you.

By going a margin of 2.36 Posts Per Day ... u surely need a hell of time to make 1,000 posts , go and have some fun in cafe .

A mediocre GS cafe poster goes by an average of 50 posts every day , so if you go by this rate , it wont take you long :)

with my calculations, I need 70 posts per day - to get the trophy in 10 days! - lol
