If i was u i would try last one. That is the most decent way to do it.

For all others, it's not the matter of life or death for me. This forum is usually meant for such silly questions, isn't it? I am mostly a silent reader of this forum and it's a good time pass for me to go through the posts here during my coffee breaks in office. I knew exactly which member (among the active members) will give sarcistic remarks and which will give a serious response ;) .
Well regarding my post, I was just trying to figure out a decent way of ending the contact with her since my past experiences haven't been so decent. Now i am at the age where i like to keep things clean ;) . I also know that 99.9% of times there is not decent end of such things. Anyhow, i too feel that sudden disapperance seems a viable option.

oh and to clear a confusion here, the girl is not married. She expressed her intentions that even after she will be married, she would still like to be in contact with me since "there should be a person in your life with whom you can talk about anything and this is not the case with your spouse". So after being failed to understand this great logic i decided to post this situation here.

to the OP, cutting ties in this matter is the MATURE way, i dont get it how anyone can be confused about that.Buttering or cushioning things up is the worst thing you can do to a person, your ex might be emotionally weird right now but im sure she isnt stupid.
