After the two sunnah rakaat of Isha, you make intention of 2 rakaat sunnah of taraweeh and perform 2 rakaat like you would for any two rakaat. Repeat this ten times. This is if you're making it by yourself.
If you're performing the taraweeh with jamaat, then just make intention to perform the 2 rakaat taraweeh behind the imam whom you're praying behind and follow the same procedure as you would for . Repeat the procedure ten times.

When you say perform the procedure 10 times, do you mean we should make intention again and again and start of from the very beginning or just pray how we'd pray any 4 rakah namaz i.e. tashadud after 2 rakahs and then alhamd, sajda and standup again??

you do not have to make the intention again and again. In fact, our intentions are already made (by default) when we do the wudhu. because while doing the wudhu, you know what is the purpose of your wudhu (pray salah, recite the Qur’an, and/or offer extra nawafil). So really, you do not have make the intention again before offering 4 rakat farz and do same thing when offering two rakat sunnah, etc. However, if you do it, it is fine - there is nothing wrong in that as far as I know, Allahu A’lam. As far saying it verbally/loudly, this is a long discussion as the ulama differed over this. If you want to learn about it, you may refer to this
As far the number of taraweeh rakah, there is no specific number obliged for us by the Prophet (sal-allahu alayhi wa sallam). Rather what he said is that pray as much as you like.

^wa iyyakum wa barak Allahu feekum. You can pray 20 rakah but it is an extreme view if one says we should pray only 20 rakah as none of the hadith by the Prophet (peace be upon him) specify a maximum number. He prayed 20, less than 20 and said pray as much as you like; so, whoever does one of them is following his sunnah insha’Allah and Allahu A’lam. Please refer to this and this for scholarly answer.

Well, the salaat is of 20 rakaat. So you would make 10x2 rakaat. Before each set of 2 you make intention for taraweeh.

The taraweeh salat is not fixed as 20 rakats. Infact, a scholar was explaining that the number of rakats was increased during the Caliphate of Umar RA because reciting a whole juz from the Quran in a lesser number of rakats was causing the people in jamaat to become very tired so it was decided that it would be easier to have 20 rakats.
If you are reading at home then there is not a condition of there being 20 rakats, but yes it should be an even number of rakats and in blocs of 2, not 4. Allah ul Alim.
