How to not get sores on foot?

Any tips to avoid getting sores on foot when you have to walk for a couple of hours in this heat. Most people suggest wearing comfortable shoes but which one exactly?

Hi there, variety of choices. Depending on your budget. Visit foot comfort shops in karachi for high budget. Dr Sholl brand you can get there. Try imported one from thailand available at Dolmen mall defence. I am prediabetic and watch for foot sores. Every diabetic person should monitor foot injury. Regards

Flip flops don’t suit. Get rashes :bummer:

But I was referring to FITFLOPS , not flip flops. They never cause rashes or anything.
