I’ve been trying to lose weight for over a year.
Every time I try , I have a goal in mind and try to keep of junk food and start exercising but within a month I don’t stick to it. The worst thing is after I’ve lost a couple of pounds I think its okay to eat what I want hence pile the weight back on ( actually put on weight :s )
So guys I need some motivation to stick to my plan :halo:
Motivation..motivation. Aight..do you have a buddy ya can go to gym with?. How about make this a little social thing..so ya can talk and work out at the same time. And i tell this to ppl all the time..coz it really helps!
my motivation is pictures. look at some of my own pics from when i was pregnant or another time i was fat, and i hate it so know il never get that size again. theres a pic of me when i gave birth the first time, after 3months i was still hugeeeee, was looking at the pic few months back and swore i would never look as huge as that even after babys out...
-look at pics of top fashion models constantly

-watch tht show where they compare all the food eaten by a fatty vs a skinny person in 1 day
-look at yourself in the morror everydday even couple times a day wiht digust n say o god im such a fat ugly pig .. when u say that n make horrible facegrab the bulges of ur stomach thighs and bttocks in ur hands ..
-take digestive enyme tablets with eavh meal

i weigh 10 stone 10 pounds now and am 5.4. Pictures don't really help coz i've always been like this more or less lol .
well you r nt that overweight especially if you have a broader frame! adopt a healthy diet and excercise and stick to it, you wl def see the difference bt dnt take up a very restrictive diet as that often makes everyone give up on the weightloss after just few days.
It's been said that you need 60 days of continuation to make something a habit. So, try it continuously for 60 days, then may be it'll become your habit.
