So - I LOVE samosas but never deep fry. The ready made pastry ones that you can buy frozen. I recently bought an airfryer with the hope that they would cook in there - they DO! but dont go brown…they look a bit strange if they haven’t browned slightly. Any ideas/tips otherwise? I just dont deep fry!

You can use grill to brown them. They should however get brown in baking. You can brush a little egg on the pastry too and the result would be different

Can u post a pic..what’s a airfryer? Puff pastry bakes beautifully in the oven.
