i am thinking of opening a new ice cream parlour but dnt know how to make ice cream.

can someone tell me how you can make some good delicious ice cream like haagan daaz or ben and jerrys.

what are the ingriedants needed and the machines.

i dont know how to but did u ever try vanilla wit fruits its da best i feel like eatin it right now

because lahore still lacks a high quality ice cream parlour, there is only hotspot and gelato affair, hotspot is to far and gelato affair is not really nice just expensive,

if a high quality ice cream cafe opens at mm alam road it can do top business.

mango icecream

2 litres milk

4 ripe medium mangoes - pealeed and diced

5 seeded cardamoms

1/2 cup pistachios - shredded

add all ingredients and mix at high speed in a mixer jug.

pour into kulfis or in a plastic tumbler.

freeze for 6 hours

serve chilled. garnish with dessicated cocount or chilled grapes.

For business purposes, you'll have to look for commercial size icecream machines.
Results wont turn up good if you freeze the icecream mixture in normal freezer. and you cna search the web for the commercial scale icecream recipes.
