I want to make a gosht dish. Not karai.something different.

Any recipes

I want to.make mutton.briyabi as well is there any difference to chicken briyani?

No difference, same masala but for chicken biryani I made masala first then add chicken and cook without adding water, but for beef and mutton I add meat with tomatoes after browning the onion ( also add water) so the meat cook with tomatoes, yogurt and it’s own water.

U can try dhuwan dahi gosht, it’s kind of different Salan rather than simple gosht Salan.

I make sindhi biryani with mutton, lots of whole aromatic spices and add potatoes so yummy and has become my signature dish when doing desi dawats.
