:)does any one know how to make computer run fast? i tried all the possibles things, cleaning it inside out and doing lot of things but its still slow.
how do u check which programmes are runing, bec they look like slow it down. can uclose them?

& what do u mean by faster? To make it run faster u need faster CPU & more RAM as basic layman norm. Apart from that u can over-clock but thats not for laymen. Other thigns that can slow ur PC is too many softwares running at one single time, u can tweak that too.
Cleaning? Do you have a Suzuki Mehran Computer that u are cleaning its carburator to make it run faster?

To check what's running (using up ram and spu) go into Task Manager and check the Processes tab. You can get there either by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del and click on Task Manager or right-click on the task bar and click on Task Manager.
The above work on XP, if you have Windows ME, 98 or 95 it won't work.

RAM is 512MB. is it possible to delete some things from it.
some one told me like u have one hard drive and there is too much data, so create two disks. will this make it any good? and how can i make two hard drives.
its running ok now but when it starts up then its too slow,

I think they mean two partitions - not two drives. No special need to do that if u are using XP, if u are using Win2000 or WinME/98 then yes it can make a very little difference only if u put page file on the second partition.
You didnt write the CPU speed of ur PC that would give us a better idea & we can suggest better. Also if u can put outcome of Hijack etc that can help even more.
Merely asking how to make PC faster is not enough, please print specs of ur PC, with outcome of Hijack this & then we can help u make ur PC faster.

I think u have some antivirus or antispyware software running that starts doing a scan when you reboot the PC. My suggestion is to just leave ur PC on all the time (if possible) and then just periodically reboot. Best way is to set the WIndows Patches to to automatically download at the default 3 am and let them restart ur PC when needed. So when you need the PC its all updated and scanned. :)

i tried many softwares but they just scan but dont delete. these are downloaded softwares.

You have to uninstall them, the easiest way is to go into Start> Program Files> “NAME OF SOFTWARE”> Uninstall.
If the above does not work, go into Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs> Select the program to Uninstall

Make both of those spyware programs NOT start up during windows start up..
You can also check which programs are starting up by typing services.msc in run (Start>Run) and by typing *msconfig *(services tab) just de-select the ones you don’t need on startup..etc

thanks, yes i do have this software, but i have another one called Microsoft defender" is this any good? i think they both run at the same time on start up.
