I use vit D milk. Put coffee, sugar and one table spoon milk in a mug, beating thoroughly, then add hot milk over it to make desired volume, enjoy.

Re: How to make coffee?
Take 1 cup hot coffee , around 8 oz milk ,1 oz vanilla syrup or extract and 1/8 tsp of each: cinnamon, sugar, allspice, cloves...
Then in the bottom of your mug, mix the spices and vanilla.
Fill halfway with hot coffee, then the other half with warm milk and enjoy :D

Re: How to make coffee?
Good heaped tablespoon of ground coffee beans in the cafetiere. Add hot water. Stir, replace lid. Leave for 2 minutes. Push down plunger, pour and enjoy with a dash of milk and a little sugar.
Sometimes I carried my own ground coffee beans with me in some places in Pakistan and asked the waiters to bring me a pot of boiled water, empty cup and a strainer so that I could make my own coffee at the table. It was a nice change.
Re: How to make coffee?
a cafetiere! this lady i worked with told me about it, and i had forgotten its name, but was really curious about it. i think it would be better than a coffee maker. where'd u get yours from and are all of them the same aka do the same job?
Re: How to make coffee?
When I am making coffee for myself, I just add 2-3 tsps of instant coffee in a mug of milk, microwave it for 2-3 mins and my coffee is good to go.

Yes they work in the same way and do the same job. The plunger acts as the strainer. U can get glass ones, or metal ones, or insulated ones which keep it hotter for longer. Definitely hold less space than a coffee maker, but u will need to be prepared to wash it out every time u use it!
I can't remember where I got mine from, but in the uk they sell them in all homeware stores. Now that Christmas is coming up, there are loads of Cafetiere gifts sets around, including matching mugs and coffee bags. Can also get them on-line.
If u r going to get one, make sure u get an appropriate size for your usage. It look good if u bring it out for after dinner coffee with mints, u'll certainly get some "ooh's"!

A cafetiere is good for when you have a few people around.
i just put 1 heaped tsp of instant coffee (Nescafe or Maxwell) or Waitrose regular cappuccino (1 sachet) into a mug..then put some hot (not boiling ) water...just little bit..and beat...then put the rest of the hot water...add Nescafe coffee creamer (1 or 2 sachets) as desired..stir briskly...put Baskin Robbins light whipped cream on the top...sprinkle choco powder..or cinnamon powder enjoy!..i dont add sugar to my coffee...wanna have coffee the way it is..
