You will have to "obtain" an OS. Unfortunately :(

Or if you know someone who has it, you could probably copy their disc on ur HDD and then just make a copy.

From what i know..pre-installs don't save actual install files in any folder, instead they give you a system disc which is basically Dell/Acer/Whatever certified Operating system for your PC. If you end up in a situation where you need to reinstall, either you have to contact the manufacturer of your pc for an OS disk. Or you can just get a regular one and install that, and then just install all your drivers from the manufacturer website.

With nLite/vLite, it lets you embed drivers so when by the time you're done installing your window, it's all ready to go.
