So you do realize that this is just one way of making 'em pakorey. The other method is actually better. The pakorey turn out crispier. What I do is cut up all the veggies. Add the spices and let it sit for an hour. The salt helps release the water from the veggies, and to that I add besan and mix until the mixture in my hands is sticky but not gooey. I’ll make a video the next time.
