How to lose weight from your hips

Hi Guys

So Ive been working out well, mainly running on treadmill for an hr and more at times…and have cut down on food quite a bit…eating less and more grilled products with no oil

any particular exercise to lose weight off your hips (buttock!) and arms???

My bro told me to try using punching motions when power walking and it seems to be tensing my arms up, so must be good…any other ideas???

Dont sit on them too much.

continue to do what you are doing.....

add weight bearing exercises. do squats, lunges, pilates and lots of kickboxing!!

^ agree... i have the same problem areas iam actually doing turbo jam and p90x lost quite a few inches already :D

im not actually over wieght or anything well kind of average size 10 .but i have big hips... ive started doing exercise an ill see what happens ..

You got to move..a lot..and too much sitting will make it bigger and wider.

CYCLING! cycling is awesome for everything even abs!! ...except your arms. you'll need to lift weights for your arm fat. but overall cycling classes are amazing
