So Ive been working out well, mainly running on treadmill for an hr and more at times…and have cut down on food quite a bit…eating less and more grilled products with no oil
any particular exercise to lose weight off your hips (buttock!) and arms???
My bro told me to try using punching motions when power walking and it seems to be tensing my arms up, so must be good…any other ideas???
CYCLING! cycling is awesome for everything even abs!! ...except your arms. you'll need to lift weights for your arm fat. but overall cycling classes are amazing
