How to lose inches

Guys, can someone pls tell me what is the quickest way to lose inches… would it be cardio alone or strength training alone or both of them together…

A combination is always the best but if you can only do one..........cardio. At least 45 minutes of cardio combined with small meals throughout the day...weight will drop. :)

A combo is the best thing to balance weight and inches. However if u have to pick one then i would actually recommend strength training because it helps tone down yr body and takes away inches too. With cardio alone you can work on the weight but the body gets shapely with strength training. I have been going to gym for more a year now and this is what i have experienced for myself.

All of the above ^^ and refrain from any kind of bread or roti but one,+ Drink fluids and bran bread modestly.
