eww im so chubby! i hate my cheeks, im thin, but my cheeks are huge! is there any excercises, sure fire ways to reduce face fat?

unfortunately you cannot spot reduce fat. the only way to get rid of fat in certain body parts is to build up the muscle mass of that area so it burns the fat. don't think that's possible for the face. I've seen some good facial lipo results. have u considered that?

pakieyez................... what's wrong with u. i love chubby cheeks. anyone wud love it unless ur too fat on face and not the rest of the body.

Exercise may help tone the face, but won't make it appear less 'chubby' :)

Style your hair in a way that flatters your face, contour your cheeks bones and you should be fine! Your face can't be too fat if the rest of you is thin.

I almost read the title as "How to lose face fast" and i thought hey thats easy....

i was really skinny growing up like skin and bones and still had big cheeks, that's just life embrace it and like someone else mentioned used blush and bronzer to contour your face shape. if you use a powder that's a couple shades darker than you on your jawline and vertically on the sides of your face that will slim it down. Suck in your cheeks and if you put a darker color from your hairline to the middle of your face it can kinda define cheekbones that aren't really that prominent.

Also priety zinta was always cute and had big cheeks regardless of her weight, try to embrace it...

i remember some time ago this sakib guy did a makeover on a lady and really made her face look much skinnier bc of the makeup he did, this isn’t that example but even here he kinda toned down the lady’s cheeks

Hi.. even I HAVE chubby cheeks... even preity zinta has nice chubby cheeks..

dnt worry some of my friends envy my chubby cheeks they wished they had too :)

^ Mabrook by toned I meant ‘not-saggy’.. doesn’t change the chubby cheeks if you’re blessed with them! :wink:

guys sakib chishti is the best these days ...making girls look out of this world ...charging good and then he has a private studio at his place and personaly do the whole make over and as i have heard he is a very friendly person unlike other makeup artists...he listens and do it according to ur will ....i would say if u want to be a beautiful bride then he should be ur top choice !

go for square layers that make you look skinny,an also chew chewing gums sugar free,it will reduce fats on chin another parts o ace is complete exercise.
