How to lose belly fat

(Dedicated to those ladies who have been inquiring about how to lose belly fat)

there is more to losing that “spare tire” then just doing crunches alone.

Here are some things that’ll help: Feel free to add more to the list.

  • eat foods rich in whole grain- recent studies show that eating foods rich in whole grain trimmed fat along the waistline.

-avoid refined grains such as breads, rice and pasta

-add a 60 minute a day exercise regime such as a brisk walk. Doesnt have to all be all at the same time. Just remember the more calories you burn the more fat you burn from your abs. For those of you who dont want to lose weight overall keep in mind buring calories and fat doesnt mean that you are going to lose weight from other places as long as you continue to eat …you’ll be fine.

-eat 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables along with 2 servings of lean meats which includes fish.

-avoid eating junk foods especially those loaded with trans fat.

it’s low impact and sure to work out your core…I swear by it. Do try it for at least 6 weeks (3 days a week)… I promise you results.

yea pilates works really well i’ve been doing it for a couple of weeks along with cardio and i really can feel my core burning while doing pilates this one works your core really well

also if you want a workout for your whole body try this one as well

Drink plenty of water

Balance the intake of food Vs. Output in the form of exercise/workout. Workout should be greater than the intake to lose weight.

Maintain a healthy diet.

Run/Jog daily
