i think its lemon water in the morning an hour before breakfast- it oncreases ur metabolism. cant stomach a glass of the stuff- all though i have attempted it several times.

LEMON AND WATER...although it becomes tiring drinking it daily....
also drinking hot water in the morning and throughout day meant to be good
what about the ginger juice

curiosoty, i dont believe that these drinks boost your metabolism yeah they can fill you up so you eat less.
If you have been excercising for two weeks with not even 0.5 kg weight loss then you are either eating too much, or eating like nothing at all which slows your metabolism or having a hormonal problem.
So truly honestly how much do you eat in a day and include all snacks and drinks and how much do you weigh and your height? oh and what excercise you doing?

Why not try this welljuice.com branded drink: Lemon juice 99.8% with 0.02% presevative.
Dont eat anything after 6pm the previuos day, next morning about 6am, drink this diluted, use about 4 tablespoons with cold or lukewarm water in a glass, on your empty stomach. Have breakfast after about 2 hours.
Repeat this procedure every morning for about 14 days till the botlle finishes and take a break for about a week and resume again if you wanto lose abit more weight.
It is said that during this 2 week trial, you can lose upto 5kg. But this is only successful for about 97% of poeple. Doesnt work for everyone though.
