How to loose weight fast

I know its short term blah blah…maybe not safe and healthy.

BUT if you still want to do it, how to go about it and how much can you loose in a month? I know it would depend on each individual and their metabolism and all but on a average how much can you loose in a month with strict diet and maybe some exercise too. Think of it like someone has to go for an audition or assignment where fitness is of utmost importance criteria.

I am not stressing too much on exercise due to time constraints. So yah please share your wisdom.

I think you definitely need intense exercise, cardio is usually recommended, and eat a lot less than you have been. exercise more so you lose more calories than you eat and take in. That’s the only way to lose weight fast.

eat foods that increase your metabolism like chili peppers, lean meat with no ghee, egg whites, tons of water, coffee, green tea…

It personally took me 6 months to a year to lose 20 pounds so for me there was no way to lose weight fast and keep it off. It can only be done with a healthy way of eating and exercising every day or atleast most days of the week.

If u wana loose really fast than stick to liquid diet only, no solid. liquid diet must contain lemonade (no sugar , no salt) just water n lemon, and cabbage soup only (without corn flour and eggs). just boil ur cabbage with carrot n capsicums, atleast for 2-3 hours.

If u can stick to it with exercise then definitely u r going to loose 10-12 pound in a week. but its quiet a strict diet.

I would say exercise is a must - cardio. If you do not have time for the gym, workout at home. Something, as simple as short run, squats, leg raises : the basic idea is to get your heart up up and you to sweat. You will have to burn more than your intake.

Lots of water, also try to have luke warm water with a few drops of lemon frequently. Do herbal tea/green tea or as GG pointed about chilli pepper, you can make lemon and cayenne pepper tea (but do not do this everyday) thrice a week will suffice.

eat green vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts yogurt etc. that diet more healthy for us and help loss weight fast. do some exercise daily , exercise keep you healthy and provide fit body.

I have said it..but eat according to ya're blood type. Ya'll be surprised with results. And ya sure do regular cardio etc.

disclaimer: this is bad advice I know, and no-one should really follow this....

BUT: I was really lazy in the months leading up to my wedding and never bothered sticking to any regime because I couldn't last it out. So one month before the wedding and I really wanted to lose about 5kg, I did the following: Gym 3-4 times a week, mostly aerobics-type classes (cardio...) and ermm... I pretty much starved myself. I only ate one meal a day I think, but drank loads of water. The meal was not especially healthy, it was just normal roti salan, but I'd just eat as little as possible - always trying to make sure I stay hungry throughout the day. It's terrible advice and really unhealthy... but y'know, if you want results fast...

try cabbage soup, and get a juicer and do a juice fast. Google it. Of course restrict your intake of carbs and sugar.

Remember to keep the weight off you must make lifestyle permanently. Also try fasting 2 times a week pref Monday and Thursday . Break your fast with healthy meal no fried ritual Pakistani Iftari.

Mamzie, I was in your position also but recently I have started this lifestyle change plan that has made a difference in a short time. In fact every one I know who is going through this plan is all ga ga about as people were able to reduce around 20-30 lbs in 2 months without starving themselves. I have just started it but I have lost around 7 lbs in 8 days and I have another 3 weeks to go so keeping fingers crossed for more weight loss.

**A well known quick fix for short term weight loss is to cut back on Carbohydrates. Stop eating rice, pasta, bread, potatoes and anything that contains sugar.

You can still eat fruit, vegetables, meat & dairy products and plenty of water.

You'll feel weak and tired when you first start doing this as your body needs to get used to the reduction in carbs but you will shift a lot of weight in the first month. If you find you're having trouble with concentration and staying focused at work/college/wherever then eat cereal, small portions of basmati rice or 1 roti in the morning. Carbs are required for brain activity which is why it might feel like your brain has gone to sleep when you cut back on carbs.

The science behind this is your body creates energy by burning carbohydrates first, then protein and finally fat. If you cut back on the carbs, it forces your body to burn the fat quicker. **

you can lose quite alot in a month, dont know how healthy it is though. Mainly, you have to cut calories. if you are taking in 2000 a day, reduce to 1200. if 1200, then reduce to 800. but no less than that. eat more veggies and grilled meats. avoid fried things and simple carbs. exercise also helps, even with time constraints, exercise will burn calories so its a good idea to exercise everyday.
it all depends on how much your weight is and how much you need to lose, personally i have lost about 15lbs in 1 month with diet and exercise (from 120lbs to 105lbs) when i needed to be super thin for my wedding and honeymoon. but i didn't really go too crazy with diet, just exercised more. you can probably lose even 20 lbs if you diet as well.
if you have health problems, its best to check with a doctor first before embarking on such rapid weightloss plan.

Very low calorie diet shakes like Optislim and Optifast will work if you have the willpower to stick to them.. There are other similar products but those are two very well known ones over here.. Obviously not the best or healthiest way but they do work..

veggies only no fruit even and exercise 60 min a day. cut out all meat and carbs. thats the quickest way...
